We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in social media/digital marketing and account management. They should be well-versed in utilizing platforms like Asana, proficient in managing multiple social media channels, knowledgeable about automation tools, and adept at using Slack for effective communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to meet client objectives and drive results.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of client accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and developments to recommend innovative strategies and tactics to clients.
  • Utilize Asana and other project management tools to organize tasks, track progress, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Leverage automation tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in social media management.
  • Foster collaboration and communication within internal teams and with clients using platforms like Slack.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to continuously enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in social media marketing and account management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and driving measurable results.
  • In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools like Asana and familiarity with automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.

This is a FULLY REMOTE ROLE and we are looking to have this post filled in August 2024.
