Position Summary:
This role focuses on establishing and nurturing profitable partnerships with key National Account and Strategic Alliance stakeholders, delivering substantial value to our organization through effective prospecting, negotiation, and account closure across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Acquisition: Proactively seek new business opportunities by engaging with decision-makers in targeted sectors.
- Reporting and Transparency: Generate timely and clear activity reports to keep leadership informed about business development progress.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement consistent lead-generating and marketing strategies; evaluate outcomes and refine approaches as necessary.
- Communication and Follow-Up: Ensure proactive communication regarding program details, promptly addressing issues and providing solutions.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, documenting leads and opportunities throughout the sales cycle using the designated CRM platform.
- Networking and Brand Building: Identify and prioritize opportunities such as associations, conferences, expos, and networking events that facilitate direct engagement with decision-makers.
- Account Maintenance: Foster positive relationships with existing Account Partners through regular reviews and ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and growth.
- Execution Support: Collaborate with lead generation teams to effectively implement national agreements at local and regional levels.
- Consultative Engagement: Provide continuous education and onboarding assistance as accounts are initiated.
