O'Brien Engineering, Inc. (OEI) is looking for an Office Support Specialist (hybrid: 3+ days a week in-office)

OEI, a full-service Architecture and Engineering design firm, was founded 37 years ago in Dallas, TX, and serves customers nationwide. We have a robust backlog of vertical and horizontal project types and, across our departments, we serve Federal, Healthcare, Military, and Institutional clients. Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled individual who thrives supporting a variety of functions. Experience should include: Word. Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to work well in a collaborative environment; client service experience; and effective organizational skills

Job responsibilities may include a diverse, dynamic mix:

  • Digital and physical filing and file organization
  • Invoicing assistance
  • Report writing assistance and report preparation
  • Email distribution; email monitoring and response
  • Data entry
  • Ordering supplies, lunches for meeting
  • Time and Expense reporting assistance
