Required Skills

Work Environment
This role is situated in a professional office setting and routinely utilizes standard office equipment and technologies.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully execute the essential functions of this role.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to manipulate objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office supplies and materials, up to 25 pounds.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time role, primarily based at the designated campus. Typical working hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 6 pm, and Friday, 8 am until 12 pm. This position may occasionally require extended hours and some weekend work.
Travel Requirements
Travel to other campus locations may be necessary as needed, with potential overnight travel required.
Educational Background and Experience
High School diploma or GED *and* one (1) year of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications

·Prior experience in Financial Aid;
·Familiarity with applicable federal and state regulations and procedures;
·Proficiency with Banner and Microsoft Office products;
·Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
·Ability to work effectively with diverse populations;
