As a key member of the Gold Key Support Team, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge technology and our valued clientele. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding Home Owners, Property Managers, and Dealers through the implementation, optimization, and ongoing use of the CellGate solution.


Your Mission

  • Activate Connections: Guide new customers through product activation with clear, supportive communication
  • Master Data Management: Ensure smooth operations through accurate database entry and updates
  • CRM Expertise: Manage the activation process using Salesforce, tracking cases and maintaining detailed accounts
  • Product Authority: Become an expert in CellGate's product universe, troubleshooting and sharing knowledge
  • Technical Support Backup: Step in to assist the Technical Support team during high-volume periods or complex issues, providing skilled assistance on technical support calls
  • Customer Relations: Maintain a courteous, helpful, and professional demeanor in all interactions
