Key Objectives:
- Be readily available to address information technology system challenges at MB2 Dental Solutions partner locations.
- Collaborate with vendors and engage directly in systems configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Actively listen to end-user inquiries and concerns, providing effective solutions.
- Ensure end-user satisfaction in all interactions, escalating unresolved issues to appropriate personnel.
- Work alongside Systems Administration and Networking Engineering teams to deliver exceptional onsite support to partner offices.
- Represent MB2 Dental Solutions with professionalism and integrity while assisting end users and partner offices.
- Drafting statements of work for upcoming field deployments.
- Installing or upgrading equipment managed by MB2 Dental Solutions at various field sites.
- Configuring hardware and software components post-installation.
- Conducting routine maintenance on technology equipment.
- Testing equipment to identify and resolve issues.
- Documenting installations and repairs in IT service management systems.
- Maintaining all tools and equipment utilized during service calls.
- Instructing customers on proper equipment usage as necessary.
- Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 75lbs, including servers and computers.
- Providing Tier 2 support to the MB2 Dental Solutions Service Desk.
- Experience with virtual machines in VM-Ware and Hyper-V environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technological processes and deliver clear, step-by-step guidance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Willingness to travel for work and adapt to changing schedules.
- An associate or bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related certification is preferred.
- 2+ years of technical experience in the field.
- Proficiency in the installation and repair of servers and standard office equipment.
