Work Environment

This role is situated in a professional office setting and routinely utilizes standard office equipment and technologies.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

While executing the responsibilities of this role, the employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to manipulate objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office supplies and materials, up to 25 pounds.

Position Type and Work Schedule

This is a full-time role, primarily based at the designated campus. Standard working hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 6 pm, and Friday, 8 am until 12 pm. This position may occasionally require extended hours and some weekend work.

Travel Requirements

Travel to other campus locations is necessary as needed, with potential overnight travel.

Education and Experience Requirements

High School diploma or GED *and* one (1) year of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

·Associate Degree

·Prior experience in Financial Aid;

·Familiarity with applicable federal and state regulations and TCSG guidelines and procedures;

·Proficiency with Banner and Microsoft Office applications;

·Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;

·Ability to work effectively with diverse populations;

·Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Responsibilities
