The Sales Support Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to product assortment, marketing, and vendor management. This is an onsite role with traditional work hours.

Responsibilities

  • Review and update core brand product assortments on the company portal
  • Complete and upload detailed Excel product sheets on core SKUs
  • Learn and become proficient in the company's proprietary reporting and fulfillment system
  • Add and maintain vendor and brand information in the company CRS
  • Continuously manage brand product assortment, including marketing copy, pricing, inventory, product images, and program placement
  • Communicate with brand/vendor contacts for updates on product assortments
  • Create and maintain marketing copy for products
  • Maintain and enter pricing changes per brands
  • Communicate with vendors regarding overages, discrepancies, and damages; manage the return-to-vendor process
  • Anticipate the needs of the Merchandising/Sales Support Team and provide persistent follow-up
  • Collaborate and work closely with the Marketing Team to provide information and samples as needed
  • Communicate thoroughly and professionally with both internal teams and external vendors/customers

Qualifications

  • Experience in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, tables, and pivot tables
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
