In this position, you will collaborate with the Transition Coordinator to develop safe and stimulating experiences for individuals with disabilities in Ocean County. Your duties will encompass the creation and execution of a curriculum designed to assist program participants in transitioning to the next stage of employment-related support.

Work Schedule: 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday

Compensation: $22.88 per hour, Bi-Weekly Payment Schedule

Core Responsibilities

Provide training, oversight, and assistance to Transition Specialists

Ensure high-quality vocational opportunities for participants

Effectively network with funding and accreditation entities, supervisors, and community collaborators

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
  • Capability to supervise, manage, and direct programs
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Possession of a Valid NJ Driver's License with no more than five points
  • At least one year of tenure with a previous employer

Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Special Education, or a related discipline
