  • Pay rate: $20-21.50 DOE

Job duties:

  • Monitor samples email box & reply to emails
  • Enter sample orders in the Ship Station
  • print FedEx & dry ice labels
  • Assist with pulling/packing samples as needed (backup to new samples person)
  • Monitor customer service email box & reply to emails as required
  • Enter customer POs, etc.
  • Filing, etc.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience
  • Email etiquette
  • Data keeping
  • Must be efficient with strong attention to details
  • Ability to independently organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel and Power Point)
