Position Overview: Join our team at Express Employment Professionals as a dedicated and enthusiastic E-commerce Customer Service Specialist. This role is essential in maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete order management cycle, including processing, fulfillment, and shipping, ensuring prompt and precise order handling while upholding high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Oversee inventory management, collaborating with relevant teams to maintain sufficient stock levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts and surplus inventory.
  • Update and maintain the e-commerce platform, including product listings and catalog enhancements, while working with technical teams to resolve any product-related issues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing concerns and escalating issues as necessary. Gather customer feedback to drive improvements in the shopping experience.
  • Conduct regular audits of shipping processes to ensure high carrier efficiency by monitoring distribution center pickups and claims.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various marketing and e-commerce initiatives to align strategies with overall business goals. Actively participate in meetings, contributing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze monthly performance metrics and assist in achieving marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the consumer goods sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across teams to deliver top-notch customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with online marketplaces and shopping cart platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in website development and digital marketing, including asset creation and enhancement of online presence.
