Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete order management cycle, which includes processing orders, fulfilling requests, and coordinating shipping logistics. Ensure that all orders are handled promptly and accurately, while striving to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Track inventory status and collaborate with relevant departments to guarantee sufficient stock levels. Develop and implement strategies to reduce stock shortages and prevent overstock situations.
  • Update and manage the ecommerce platform, focusing on product listings, catalog growth, and performance metrics. Work closely with the IT and RMA teams to address any technical or product-related challenges.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating matters when necessary. Gather customer feedback and implement enhancements to improve the shopping experience.
  • Conduct regular audits of shipping processes to ensure carrier efficiency, monitoring distribution center pickups and handling carrier claims effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various marketing and ecommerce initiatives to align ecommerce strategies with broader business goals. Actively participate in meetings and contribute valuable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage monthly analytics and key performance indicators related to operations, while also supporting marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience in ecommerce operations, ideally within the consumer goods sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering effective collaboration across teams to deliver top-notch customer service.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with online marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart) and shopping cart platforms (like Shopify, BigCommerce).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in website development is a plus.
