Alliance Property Management is expanding its portfolio with new residential and commercial properties in SE Minnesota. We are committed to providing top-notch property management services and are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager / Leasing Specialist to lease up and manage our new portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management and leasing, with a proactive approach to marketing and community engagement. An active real estate license is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market properties on the company website, major ILS platforms, social media sites, and within the local community.
  • Manage prospective residents from application to lease execution to move-in.
  • Conduct property tours, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
  • Handle lease renewals, rent collections, and resolve tenant issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in property management and leasing.
  • Active real estate license preferred.
  • Ability to travel to multiple properties.
  • Strong marketing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using property management software and social media platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:

  • $25 per hour, based on a flexible schedule.
  • Leasing bonuses.
