About You:

As a Full-Time Assistant Property Manager, you will represent your property and your enthusiasm for fostering positive relationships with both residents and program staff will pave the way for a rewarding career. Serving as the primary point of contact for residents, you will engage with them in a friendly, helpful, and approachable manner, enhancing your skills to effectively work with diverse communities. Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring the property operates smoothly and adheres to all local rental regulations. We prioritize building a supportive work culture, where collaboration with fellow property staff and vendors is encouraged. We aim to make Paramark a welcoming second home for you.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Experience in property management is preferred.
