Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Multisite Assistant Property Manager to support our operations across various properties in the Rochester area of Minnesota.

Compensation:
The hourly wage ranges from $18 to $21, based on experience, along with the potential for renewal commissions of up to $100 for each lease renewal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Property Managers in overseeing daily operations across multiple properties.
  • Ensure tenant lease renewals are effectively managed to maximize commission opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong resident relations program.
  • Support marketing initiatives to enhance property visibility and attract new residents.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in multifamily housing is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Background in sales and administrative functions is essential.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly YARDI software, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities are necessary.

Additional Requirements:
A valid driver's license is essential for travel between properties as needed.
