About the Opportunity

NEPCG is seeking a Wealth Management Associate to support our Investments Team and Senior Advisors in Financial Planning strategy implementations, and maintaining a high level of client service and engagement for our growing book of business. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, possess a keen sense of prioritization and organization, and thrive in a high-paced entrepreneurial organization. Industry experience is required.

Specific duties include but are not limited to:

  • Help analyze and develop customized asset allocation strategies/models and investment solutions for clients 
  • Analyze and interpret portfolio performance reviews and make recommendations to advisors and clients 
  • Provide client relationship support, assist in client conversations/support, and provide analytic and account-related financial information

  • Proven acumen with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Education, Training & Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred
  • Series 7 License required
  • Series 63/65 License required
  • Experienced in client service, preferably within the finance sector 
  • Passed CFA Level 1 (a plus) 
  • Experience with Office Suite, Morningstar Direct/Advisor, and FactSet. Working knowledge of various wealth management technology platforms, including Pershing’s NETX/360, SEI Advisor Center, Orion, and Envestnet provides a significant competitive advantage.
  • Knowledge of VBA, SQL, and/or Python is a plus
