Currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Inside Sales Represenative who will be responsible for executing various sales strategies in a fast-paced environment. This individual will strive to grow revenue and increase gross margin by consistently reviewing customer activities and proactively contacting customers. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for demonstrating great strength in relationship-building within a high-service environment.

Responsible for promoting and contributing to a positive, cooperative working environment. Proactively contacts the decision maker(s) within a company on a regular established schedule to introduce and promote additional stock and custom items; to suggest and negotiate special delivery, stocking, or pricing options; to suggest additional items and services including flex pay warehousing, special packaging, custom, and direct shipments. Manages customer contacts within the CRM program. Promptly and thoroughly documents relevant customer contacts and schedules subsequent follow-ups within CRM. Quotes and negotiates stock and custom items related to special pricing, delivery/payment terms, freight considerations, and similar options. Uses appropriate promotional materials and sales techniques to enhance customer awareness of our capabilities for both stock and custom items. Evaluate customers with discounted pricing to determine if any changes are necessary and what opportunities exist to further develop the business. Proactively reaches out to customers as warranted.

Education: Post-high school education preferred or equivalent. Three (3) years related experience and/or training in sales or customer service.
