Currently seeking experienced and highly motivated Inside Sales Supervisor. This individual will be responsible for coaching the inside sales team in executing sales functions including, developing and servicing managed accounts; quoting and negotiating custom products and special-priced orders; providing technical information; and related clerical follow-up duties. The Inside Sales Supervisor will provide training, tools, and information that enable direct reports to perform their duties with minimal supervision. This individual will be responsible for accurately assessing Sales Representatives' performance, utilizing tools such as telephone monitoring, email, quoting accuracy, and telephone and sales reports.

They will monitor sales trends and manage accounts, identify opportunities for additional account growth, spot unmanaged accounts with growth potential, and take appropriate action. This person will work with management to develop sales tactics that contribute to the company's goals and track sales representatives' progress.
