**Job Summary:**

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Automotive Salesman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from initial contact to final sale, while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining the dealership’s reputation for honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

**Customer Service:**

  • Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget.

**Product Knowledge:**

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the vehicles in our inventory, including their features, specifications, and pricing.

**Sales Process:**

  • Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, negotiations, financing options, and closing deals.

**Follow-up:**

  • Maintain ongoing communication with potential and previous customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.

**Inventory Management:**

  • Assist in managing the dealership's inventory, including keeping vehicles clean and presentable for customers.

**Documentation:**

  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently, following dealership policies and procedures.

**Team Collaboration:**

  • Work closely with other members of the dealership team to provide seamless service to customers.

**Marketing Assistance:**

  • Support dealership marketing efforts by participating in promotions, events, and social media activities.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and automotive industry trends is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
