A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER

Your schedule will be Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm in our office, with the possibility of remote work.

As a Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher, your day is all about keeping things running smoothly. You start by answering calls from customers, listening to their needs, and scheduling field technicians to handle their requests. Throughout the day, you coordinate the schedules, ensuring that every technician is efficiently dispatched to the right job. To keep everything on track, you make outbound calls to fill any gaps in the schedule and follow up with customers to ensure they're satisfied with our service. Your role is essential in maintaining a seamless operation and making sure our customers are well taken care of.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with computers and software, including Excel
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • At least 2 years of Customer Service experience is required

Dispatching experience is preferred but not required.
