  10. Ensures proper delivery of vehicles to customers.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  1. Promotes products to prospective clients through various communication methods including phone calls, letters, and in-person meetings.
  2. Follows up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  3. Utilizes the Car Pros sales methodology effectively.
  4. Maintains accurate sales records using VinSolutions.
  5. Treats all customers and colleagues with respect and professionalism, avoiding any inappropriate language.
  6. Complies with dealership policies regarding harassment and discrimination.
  7. Ensures ongoing compliance with Car Pros Policies and Procedures.
  8. Follows the established dress code of the dealership.
  9. Displays the Car Pros Employee ID Badge while on duty.
  10. Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.

Vehicle Handling Duties:

  1. Moves vehicles for customer demonstrations.
  2. Showcases vehicles to potential buyers.
  3. Repositions vehicles on the sales lot for optimal display.
  4. Engages in other driving tasks as required.

Equipment Utilization:

  1. Utilizes telecommunication devices.
  2. Operates computers for sales tracking and communication.
  3. Employs calculators for pricing and financing calculations.
  4. Uses photocopy and fax machines for documentation.
  5. Handles scanning equipment for record-keeping.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Standing: Intermittent, not exceeding 45% of the workday.
  2. Walking: Intermittent, not exceeding 35% of the workday.
  3. Sitting: Intermittent, not exceeding 15% of the workday.
  4. Stooping, kneeling, and crouching: Rarely, not exceeding 5% of the workday.
