Workday HCM Talent Consultant

Manager is looking for broader client-side, actual user Workday expertise, not so heavy on the implementation phase where after go-live the person heads down the road. More the super-user's perspective who can help with creative design rather than the consulting lens of an analyst which in my opinion is more focused on out-of-the box generic functionality like we get from KPMG. Yes, this person will need to help with implementation and project management, but I hope that they actually use the system enough to know what works really well, how to leverage leading industry practices and where we need to mitigate gaps.
DURATION: Contracts start at 6 months and could extend up to 18 months
REQUIRED:
• Bachelors Degree
• 5 years of experience managing large-scale Workday implementations.
• Proven background assisting with the design and development of Workday HCM, Performance & Reporting modules to optimize module features at the highest level.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Workday.
• Experience providing ongoing support for the Workday HCM system, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user queries and addressing system errors.
• Ability to provide end-user training and support documentation to ensure effective utilization.
PREFERRED:
• Workday HCM and Talent Performance certification is strongly preferred.
