We are seeking a talented and fashion-forward Stylist to join our team at Windsor Fashions. As a Stylist, you will be the face of our brand, inspiring and empowering our customers every day.

About the Role

As a Stylist, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers. You will showcase your incredible style and passion for fashion through styling our customers head to toe, while creating a welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Smile and make our customers happy
  • Create the Oasis for our customers using the Windsor 4-step Selling Method
  • Have great style and love Windsor products
  • Share your passion for fashion and Windsor products with our customers
  • Take pride in your store and work hard to achieve your personal and store goals
  • Think outside the box and be a creative thinker
  • Do the right thing and follow all Windsor policy and procedures
  • Be committed to your team and respect our caring and loyal Windsor family

Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Must be able to access all areas of the store, including the selling floor, stock area, and register area
  • Must be able to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
  • Must be able to climb ladders and move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store
