Administration Assistant

Position: We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for a thriving Private Counseling Practice.
Location: Elizabeth City, NC
Type: Part-Time with the possibility of increasing hours – Currently hiring for 8 – 11a Monday – Friday (15 hours)
Responsibilities:
•Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
•Manage scheduling for appointments and coordinate with counselors.
•Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency and care.
•Maintain accurate client records and always ensure confidentiality.
•Perform general office duties, including managing our electronic medical records database and office organization.
•Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the practice’s operations.
Qualifications:
•Minimum of an associate degree or five plus years experience as an office administrator.
•Proven experience in an administrative role; experience in a healthcare or counseling setting is a plus.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
•Proficiency in Google Docs and office management software.
•Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
