Electrical Supply House experience is a plus.They are growing , and in search of the right candidate to help  reach that next level.  Our client offers competitive pay, full benefits and profit sharing This is a contract position in HOLLYWOOD. The hours are 8AM to 6PM Monday thru Friday - no weekends. 
 Pay is based on experience and potential.

We are seeking an Operations Manager with three to five years of public accounting with a strong understanding of internal controls and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Perform day to day financial transactions
  • Coordinate month-end close activities related to accounts payables/receivables
  • Experience working with Special Pricing Agreements
  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues

Skills

  • Proven working experience in a distribution setting
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
  • Proficiency in English and in MS Office

Must be willing/able to pass necessary pre-hire background checks and drug test.
