We are searching for an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist for a sales center in a residential community to receive, greet and accommodate all visitors in addition to receiving and directing incoming phone calls. Must be able to answer inquiries and provide general information to the visitors, prospects, and residents.

Here’s what we need from you:

  • Previous reception/admin assistant experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills; able to meet and deal with the public in a pleasant and efficient manner
  • Ability to operate office equipment, e.g., personal computer, facsimile machine, copier, scanner postage meter
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite

 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Work Sunday through Thursday
  • Greet, register and assign guests in a professional, welcoming and friendly manner
  • Receive, record and assimilate incoming phone calls
  • Coordinates with the marketing department to ensure and assemble ample supply of brochures and collateral
  • Manage vendors such as cleaning companies
  • Maintain the supply, snacks and cleanliness of the sales center
  • Performs routine but varied clerical work duties
  • Assist other sales centers as needed
