**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist all visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Handle general administrative tasks and data entry using computer systems.
- Provide support to the team with varied tasks as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
- Experience in property management is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
