PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must maneuver wheelchairs and ensure all passengers are properly seat belted.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma/GED; At least three (3) years of driving experience and ability to drive 15 passenger vans.; Experience at scheduling and/or coordinating transportation services preferred; excellent organization and scheduling skills.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

1. Coordinate of transportation services for CLA clients attending PATH day programs

2. Schedule client transportation to and from programs

3. Schedule vehicles for maximum use (i.e., group trips)

4. Train all drivers in vehicle upkeep and safe driving

5. Ensure Driver Handoff policy is followed by all drivers to ensure client safety

6. Ensure that proper first aid kits are contained in each vehicle

7. Ensure that all seat belts are operational in each vehicle and that drivers insist on their usage each trip
