Job Summary

Mental Health Partnerships (MHP) is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Program Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing daily on-site supervision and assistance to our staff, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Oversight: Provide daily on-site supervision and assistance to staff, ensuring that programs are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Staff Development: Oversee staff development, including training, evaluation, and development of staff members to support the achievement of program goals.
  • Medication Management: Provide oversight of medication management, ensuring that participants receive the necessary medication and that medication records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Participant Support: Engage with participants and their families to support their recovery goals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Provide data for written reports requested by funding sources, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Shared Responsibilities: Participate in shared rotating on-call duties, providing support and assistance to staff and participants as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of supervisory experience, including internships or volunteering.
  • Mental Health Experience: 2+ years of mental health experience, including internships or volunteering.
  • Certifications: Certified Peer Specialist is a plus; ability to be trained in medication monitoring within 30 days of hire.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, including desktop computing, email, time sheet management, electronic health records, internet research, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Personal Qualities: Patience and tactfulness, ability to work cooperatively with a wide variety of individuals, including participants with mental health conditions, alcohol and drug abuse recovery.
Physical Demands
  • Sit at a desk: Sit at a desk with ergonomically appropriate equipment.
  • Lift up to 15 lbs: Lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance: Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance and be available for flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends and/or work holidays/overtime as needed.
  • Ability to drive a multi-passenger van: Ability to drive a multi-passenger van (including at night) and physically support passengers during ingress/egress as needed and/or assist disabled individuals in an emergency evacuation.
