HR Generalist: Boston, MA (onsite M-Th, remote on Fridays)

  1. Coordinate recruitment efforts including process discussions with hiring managers, job posting and regular refreshing of ads for visibility, manage candidate pool and communication, schedule interviews, and feedback follow up
  2. Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding including pre-hire logistics, coordination of training with appropriate individuals, and post-hire tasks (applies to offboarding as well)
  3. Maintain files and data systems to ensure the integrity of data for active employees, updating organizational changes in a timely manner
  4. Serve as an employee advocate and primary contact for inquiries, concerns, and general Human Resources related matters
  5. Ensure employees understand and adhere to all company guidelines and procedures
  6. Mitigate employee relation issues while adhering to company, state and federal laws and regulations
  7. Collaborate with the Finance Team to help process payroll, benefits & transportation elections
  8. Ensure that all HR administrative functions are handled in an accurate and timely manner
