Temp to potential hire

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Schedule: PT (20-25 hrs), flexible to days/times

Rate: $25-$28/hr DOE

Description:

  • Responsible for helping employees enroll in company benefit programs
  • Meet with employees to discuss their benefit options
  • Keep detailed records of employee insurance information and overseeing the enrollment process
  • Answer questions or concerns that employees have about their benefits
  • Process enrollments quickly and accurately
  • Resolving employee issues with benefits administrators and insurance providers
  • Assist the employees in enrolling in dental, vision and medical insurance plans
  • Provide new hires with explanation of benefits and instructing them on enrollment and fulfillment procedures
  • Other duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field preferred
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Human Resources Benefits
  • Full cycle onboarding experience
  • Experience with job postings, candidate screening/interviews
