We love what we do and have the luxury of working for clients who trust us, our repair facility, and our technicians.

We need someone that can joyfully answer the phone and input necessary client, vehicle and repair concerns into the computer as well as provide customer service at the front desk and act as a liaison between our clients and the technicians servicing their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining or exceeding our current level of customer service that exceeds customers expectations.

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails and text messages from customers
  • Greeting customers in-person and providing them with information about our services
  • Scheduling appointments for service and repairs
  • Managing loaner car reservations
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance (by our technicians) of the loaner car fleet
  • Collecting payment and ensuring customers leave well informed and satisfied with our service
  • Assisting with parts processing

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
