Job Summary
We are in search of a Front Desk Coordinator to enhance our operations. This position involves performing a variety of administrative and customer service tasks under the guidance of management. We seek an individual who is personable and has a keen interest in sales, upselling, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Responding to phone inquiries, identifying customer needs, and facilitating sales/scheduling.
  • Assisting walk-in customers with their requests.
  • Providing hands-on support with light detailing and car wash operations as necessary.
  • Establishing service standards and leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service to all clients.
  • Contributing to marketing efforts, including email campaigns and business outreach.
  • Collaborating closely with the team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Working with staff and the community to foster partnerships and organize events.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Background in customer service is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
