About Us: Acoustech Supply is a leading distributor of commercial construction materials, providing top-quality products and exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance at Will Call: Greet and assist customers picking up orders at our will-call location, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Answering Phone Calls and Emails: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Order Processing: Accurately type and process customer orders, ensuring all details are correct and meet customer expectations.
  • Order Picking and Loading: Assist in picking orders from the warehouse and loading materials onto customer vehicles or arranging for delivery.
  • Warehouse Support: Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse, ensuring stock is properly stored and readily accessible.
  • Job Follow-Up: Follow up on open orders, backorders, and customer requests to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products we distribute, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Sales Support: Provide support to the outside sales team by managing customer accounts, updating orders, and handling any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in order picking, warehouse operations, or customer service, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in order processing software and Microsoft Office.
  • Physical ability to pick and load orders, including lifting and moving materials as needed
