  • Experience managing complex archives and records management projects.
  • Ability to integrate and coordinate various project activities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience conducting regular meetings with stakeholders to track project progress and ensure alignment.
  • Ability to recommend modifications to project requirements as needed.​​​

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage, integrate, and coordinate all activities related to archives and records management projects.
  • Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Act as the main point of contact and have full authority on all project matters.
  • Track, monitor, and report on project status and progress to stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular status reports and presentations.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure project deliverables meet standards.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with National Library of Medicine (NLM) stakeholders.
  • Communicate project updates, issues, and resolutions effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and other relevant parties.

Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in library science or a related field with archival coursework.
