You will be responsible for gathering the client's relevant information and determining whether our office can provide assistance. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and empathy will ensure that clients receive the support they require.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting initial interviews with potential clients via phone
Gathering detailed information about their work history and current physical/mental conditions
Assess eligibility based on this information
Complete accurate intake paperwork
Guide clients through onboarding and paperwork completion
Provide excellent customer service throughout the intake process
