Job Overview:

As a Content Lead at SOTA Cloud, you will be responsible for managing and creating content strategies, overseeing the development of high-quality content, and ensuring all content aligns with the company's overall objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, produce, and promote content that attracts and retains customers, while also supporting brand awareness and business growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.

  • Lead the creation of engaging content across various formats such as customer stories, blogs, videos, webinars, emails, social media posts, etc.

  • Maintain editorial governance across all content platforms, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and adheres to brand guidelines.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Design, and Sales teams to create content that meets the needs of our audience.

  • Develop strategies for content distribution and promotion across various channels to increase visibility and drive traffic.

  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of content releases that align with marketing initiatives and seasonal trends.

  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to stay informed and identify new content opportunities.

  • Implement processes for content review, editing, and approval to uphold high standards of quality and consistency.

  • Help with product launch campaigns and engaging customer retention programs

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing content to better optimize lead generation efforts.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Content Marketing or related fields

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, generating innovative ideas for content and campaigns.

  • Ability to work well in teams

  • HubSpot experience is a plus

  • Experience in the Dental/Medical Industry is a plus

  • Self-starter that can locate problems, consult the team, and help execute solutions
