Job Summary

Interlink Multifamily is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multifamily Leasing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for leasing, marketing, and resident relations of our multi-family residential apartments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing and Marketing: Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, providing excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and prospects. Great and qualify prospective residents, tour the apartment homes and community, and utilize closing techniques to secure the lease.
  • Lead Management: Record and follow up on all internet, telephone, virtual, and in-person leads using the provided CRM system.
  • Compliance and Administration: Maintain compliance with company procedures and Fair Housing requirements. Process applications for approvals, including credit checks, rental history, income qualifications, etc. Follow up with applicants regarding status, process lease execution, and facilitate move-in.
  • Renewals and Reputation Management: Assist in securing resident renewals, utilizing company processes and systems. Monitor advertising sites for accuracy and effectiveness, create social media content, and generate positive property reviews.
  • Outreach and Marketing Planning: Plan, execute, and track the results of outreach marketing efforts to drive qualified traffic to the property and enhance the business reputation in the community.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Leasing Consultant in a Multifamily environment.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Operate a telephone, personal computer/keyboard, Microsoft Office, including Word and MS Outlook; previous experience with and/or ability to learn and navigate industry-specific software platforms.
  • Must possess a positive attitude and adaptability.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Professional image and dress required.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Working Conditions
  • Full-time, Part-time, Temporary positions available.
  • $21.00 per hour.
  • 10-40 hours per week.
