Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team at Ancient Lore Village. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and have a strong background in sales and customer service. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our resort's offerings, as well as providing exceptional service to our guests before, during, and after their stay.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for all sales inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and event inquiries

- Respond to and follow up on all guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional activities to increase revenue and occupancy

- Proactively seek out new business opportunities, including corporate and group bookings, local partnerships, and travel industry relationships

- Identify and target potential clients and markets, and effectively communicate the resort's unique offerings

- Maintain accurate and organized records of all sales activities and guest interactions

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional materials and advertisements

- Support the reservation team by assisting with bookings and managing room inventory

- Coordinate guest check-ins and ensure a smooth and efficient process

- Act as a brand ambassador for Ancient Lore Village and represent our values and unique offerings to potential and existing guests

 

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Proactive and results-driven approach to sales and customer service

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is a plus

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Must have reliable transportation

 Salary: $36.000 to $48,000 yearly
