POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Seller Success Specialist. This is a dedicated position specifically focused on providing unparalleled support to commercial property owners engaging with Florida Property Auctions to offload their property. As a Seller Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our sellers throughout the sales process; from due-diligence to the closing table and beyond.

We take our inspiration for this role from luxury hospitality, allowing only 5 sellers assigned to each Success Specialist at a time to ensure seamless, undivided attention and communication for each client. This allows our Seller Success Specialists to provide anticipatory service; which means taking care of specific needs and wants before they’re asked for. While also quickly assuaging any issues that do arise along the way to the closing table. As the main point of contact between Sellers and Florida Property Auctions, we are entrusting you with our very reputation, a fact we do not take lightly. Therefore, each Seller Success Liaison will be provided with client-facing training to forge a luxury high-caliber mode of operation, to ensure the highest standards.

Through the thoughtful input of the Seller Success Specialist, the Seller’s journey will be shaped by the feedback from each successful transaction. Allowing the Kaizen principle to guide our efforts, with the goal of an exemplary client experience from initial contact to the closing table, our Seller Success Specialists pave the way for all future Florida Property clients to experience smooth, effortless transactions that end with returns that exceed initial expectations.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with incoming commercial property owners, providing them with exceptional service and support throughout the transaction

  • Serve as the main point of contact, mediating between the seller and other departments throughout the selling process while addressing any questions or concerns they may have

  • Creation and updating of owner profiles within company CRM, keeping detailed notes of interactions to ensure all team members can easily be brought up to speed, if needed

  • Set and manage seller expectations throughout the entire sales transaction

  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone call, text message, and email coverage in a courteous and helpful manner

  • Directing calls to the appropriate department or team member for further assistance

  • Communicate with internal teams, including the acquisition team, marketing team, and legal team, to ensure a seamless experience for sellers from property submit to closing table

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide sellers with valuable insights and explanations of reasoning behind each step of the sales process

  • Track and report on client satisfaction metrics, closely monitoring and addressing any areas for improvement with upper management

  • Collect data throughout each transaction to identify areas of operational inefficiency and provide possible solutions to improve sales process flow for Sellers

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven track record in customer service and relationship management, specifically with luxury brands

  • Strong understanding of the commercial property market, with at least 2 years of experience in the industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate complex information to sellers

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in using basic CRM software and other relevant tools

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service, above & beyond what is expected

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, economics or a related field (or equivalent experience)
