Insight Global is currently seeking a Marketplace Specialist to join a reputable client focused in retail and textile manufacturing. In this role, you'll be dedicated to ensuring the efficiency and smooth operation of marketplaces, with a primary focus on Amazon marketplace. A qualified individual will have excellent multi-tasking skills and prior digital marketing or eCommerce experience in the retail industry.
Required Experience
- 2+ years of experience working in a similar role within the Amazon marketplace environment.
- Proficiency in generating and interpreting inventory reports, with a strong ability to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using inventory management tools, marketplace platforms (e.g., Seller Central), and Microsoft Excel or similar software for data analysis and reporting. Rithum (Channel Advisor), Helium 10, Adtomic experience is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
