Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and direct day-to-day operations on the construction site and maintain construction schedule.
- Review reports, check on any reported difficulties and correct any safety violations or other reported deficiencies.
- Supervise all phases of construction, trade partners and personnel as assigned.
- Monitor all trade partners and review architectural and engineered drawings to ensure all specifications and regulations are followed.
- Manage the building inspection process, customer concerns and relations.
- Responsible for proper administration of construction contracts and obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.
- Manage construction schedule and associated critical paths through completion of project within time and budget.
- Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe job site for trade partners.
- Ability to manage oneself and others in conflict situations.
- Assist in the maintenance of sales and marketing signage and standards.
- Establish good working relationships with building officials across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and engineering.
- Strong understanding of residential building codes and the ability to build in accordance with code.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing construction projects.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate and instruct use of power tools.
- Must pass a criminal background.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be able to work and remain in the US without sponsorship.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
Preferred Skills and Background:
- Proficient in cloud-based construction management software (Preferably Procore).
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 products like; Outlook, Word, Excel, Project.
- Superior organizational skills.

FLSA Status
The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) establishes minimum wage and overtime requirements for employees. Under the FLSA, some employees are exempted from minimum wage and overtime pay requirements.
