Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for someone to work full-time in an office setting to assist with administrative duties and provide customer service. Work is done primarily over email and phone.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Competency in working with computers is necessary, especially Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
  • Knowledge of accounting software and business practices (billing, purchase order, etc.) are also valuable skills in this position
  • Time management skills are critical
  • Familiarity with working via email
  • Applicant must have excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work in a small team and communicate effectively are essential
  • Scheduling appointments for a team of about 20 service technicians

Helpful Skills To Have

  • Quickly and easily adopt technology to improve productivity and communication
  • Experience working in relational databases
  • Sales-related experience is also helpful
  • Knowledge of MS o365 is a plus
