Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our users. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for helping others. As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, answering user inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:

- Provide technical assistance and support to users via phone, email, and in-person

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity

- Onboarding and offboarding of users

- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as needed

- Install and configure software and hardware

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support


Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role

- Strong technical skills in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and network connectivity

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Customer service-oriented mindset
