  • Answering and transferring phone calls to employees
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Handle tax information drop off from clients.
  • Coordinate client flow.
  • Assist in preliminary data entry and document collection to support an efficient and positive tax preparation experience.

Skills Required

  • Ability to deal with public in professional manner
