Duties & Responsibilities
- Greeting and directing visitors and guests
- Answering and transferring phone calls to employees
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Handle tax information drop off from clients.
- Coordinate client flow.
- Assist in preliminary data entry and document collection to support an efficient and positive tax preparation experience.
Skills Required
- Bookkeeping Experience an Asset
- Credit or Collection Experience
- Ability to deal with public in professional manner
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Basic Accounting & Excel Experience
Education
Business related certificate or equivalent experience
