Scope of the job:
To provide the highest level of service possible to our guests by following standards for professional, aggressive hospitality. Responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel. Posts charges to guestrooms, verify credit cards, balances bank at the end of the shift. Distributes information to guests in a timely manner. Assists in rectifying guest's questions and concerns.
