We are seeking a talented Service BDC (Business Development Center) customer care representative to join our dynamic team at Gordon Chevrolet As the BDC customer care representative, you will play a crucial role in the operations of our Service BDC department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

INBOUND CALLS: Answering incoming calls and set appointments. Check the calendar daily. 

LEADS: Complete service tasks in VinSolutions: Schedule maintenance.

RECALLS: Schedule appointments with customers who have recalls.

RETENTION: Follow-up with customers who have not been back for service. 

PROMOTIONS: Call Customers to alert them of all current service promotions.
