Requirement:

-           Technical/analytical skills in social media platforms and management



Responsibilities:

-          Set-up, maintain and upgrade PC laptops/desktops in an enterprise environment

-          Perform all Tier 1 level support, includes IT Help-desk front-end to maintaining and optimizing the backend infrastructure

-          Handle all functions of IT including Office and Remote employees, refurbishing old user equipment for new hires

-          Provide great customer service skills to all users

-          Help with maintenance of Computers and Servers in remote Warehouse

 

Qualifications:

-          IT help-desk experience

-          Good communication (verbal/written) skills

-          Be passionate about IT technologies

-          Have good troubleshooting capability

-          Have good knowledge and experience with Windows and social media platforms/strategy

-          Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, a self-starter, and quick to adapt to the infrastructure
