Position Overview at Atlas Rehabilitation and Healthcare

We are seeking a compassionate individual to contribute to our mission at Daughters of Miriam Campus.

Opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time evening roles.

Experience with individuals living with dementia is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and responding to any indications of mistreatment towards residents.
  • Motivating residents to engage in social interactions through games, crafts, and events.
  • Independently leading organized activity sessions.
  • Facilitating recreational programs for both large groups and individual interactions.
  • Adapting recreational activities to cater to the unique preferences of residents.
  • Assisting residents with mobility and accompanying them on outings.
  • Preparing and organizing group activities.
  • Prior experience is beneficial but not essential for this position.
