Administrative Assistant

Reports to: Operations Manager

Pay: $15.00 + per hour, DOE

Ideal candidate must possess the following:

  • MS Word, Excel and QuickBooks a must.
  • Front office reception and coordination
  • Excellent Math skills: (multiply, divide, add, subtract, fractions and decimals).
  • Strong 10-key/calculator skills &
  • organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on tight schedules and deadlines.
  • Purchasing experience a plus
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Dependable, hardworking,
  • Self-Starter and Team Player

Education:

HSD/ GED with secondary education preferred

Physical Requirements:.

  • Able to bend, stoop, kneel, stand and walk regularly in an 8 hour shift
  • Able to lift 30lbs+ at times
  • Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
  • Able to wear required PPE as determined by company policy
